We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for foundational internal data platform products, owning a defined product domain and delivering value with engineering and data stakeholders.

The role focuses on 12-month planning, execution, and long-term portfolio alignment, with emphasis on data quality, discovery, and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with leading product discovery and backlog in agile teams.
• End-to-end software product development for internal platforms.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams beyond the scrum team.
• Ability to translate business goals into product requirements.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience driving software product development.

Responsibilities

• Own, define, and evolve core data platform capabilities tied to data quality, freshness, reliability, and operational health.
• Shape day-to-day product execution within a 12-month planning horizon and maintain a 12-month roadmap.
• Translate business goals and user needs into product requirements with clear definitions of done.
• Partner with Data Program leadership, engineering, and data science leads to plan cycles and ensure delivery.
• Monitor product health metrics and track user sentiment to influence strategy and priorities.
• Maintain cross-functional communication with users, Kroger, 84.51°, vendors and adjacent product teams.
• Drive adoption through documentation, enablement, demos, and feedback to remove friction.
