Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Data Product Manager to align cross-functional stakeholders, shape outcome-based roadmaps, and own the product strategy for AC360.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes, while leading data governance initiatives and tracking performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across the enterprise data portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Data Product Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for backlog and collaboration.
• Strong data analytics with SQL, Python, Spark.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, data quality, lineage, governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable product capabilities and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for AC360.
• Establish and maintain clear ownership boundaries between enterprise-managed data products.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to evaluate solutions and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing new features, technical debt, defects, governance, and stability.
• Lead data governance initiatives with Data Office, MDM, architecture, and stakeholders.
• Drive proactive risk management by identifying impacts from upstream changes and pipeline enhancements.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics, adoption measures, service levels, and consumer satisfaction.
