NextGear Capital is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Data Engineering & Data Products to lead a growing portfolio of data platforms, pipelines, and governance capabilities. You will partner with Data Engineering teams to build Snowflake-based data solutions, governance frameworks, and analytics for the organization.

The ideal candidate translates business needs into actionable engineering work, ensuring data products are discoverable, trusted, scalable, and aligned to strategic objectives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years' experience.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and integrate systems.
• Hands-on with data platforms and governance tooling.

Responsibilities

• Provide Product Management support for complex data products and features.
• Collaborate with UX research, marketing, client solutions and stakeholders.
• Define requirements for data pipelines, models, and platforms (Snowflake, Collibra).
• Align product vision with marketplace access, formats, features, and service needs.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify trends and issues.
• Drive process improvements in Product Management.
