Job summary

PayNearMe is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Data & Insights, to shape how data powers products, analytics, and AI capabilities across the platform. You will define strategy, priorities, and the roadmap for data capture, modeling, exposure, and use to improve customer outcomes and growth.

The role focuses on building reusable data platform capabilities, enabling teams to access core data assets, and driving data-driven customer experiences and AI-enabled workflows across PayNearMe.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with substantial experience in data‑intensive, platform, analytics, or AI‑enabled products.
• Track record defining, launching, and scaling products powered by data, analytics, recommendations, or machine learning.
• Deep understanding of how data is collected, modeled, governed, measured, and exposed through products and platforms.
• Experience with data products, analytics platforms, recommendation systems, AI‑powered experiences, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Define how data powers products, customer experiences, analytics, and AI capabilities.Set strategy, priorities, and roadmap for data capture, modeling, exposure, and leverage.
• Define reusable data capabilities that scale across products and experiences.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for customer‑facing insights, recommendations, and analytics experiences.
• Own the roadmap for analytical AI capabilities that turn raw data into decisions.
