Hadrian is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Data Platform team, the backbone for factory data, analytics, and ML workflows. You will own cross‑functional roadmaps, mentor senior engineers, and shape reliability and governance as Hadrian scales manufacturing capabilities across multiple sites.

As a senior leader, you will drive architecture decisions, ensure robust data contracts, and partner with AI, analytics, and operations teams to accelerate production.

Qualifications

• Track record leading engineers for production data infrastructure.
• Deep judgment in event streaming, data warehouses, and data modeling.
• Experience building platforms bridging software with hardware or regulated data.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead data platform infrastructure for Hadrian's factories.
• Own roadmap and delivery across analytics, ML, and operations.
• Raise reliability, data quality, and observability standards.
