Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10+ years of progressive data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
• 5+ years designing, developing, and optimizing Snowflake solutions including SQL modeling and production support.
• 5+ years of experience with dbt, including model development, testing, documentation, and CI/CD integration.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Python for data engineering, automation, and data quality validation.
• 3+ years of experience with pipeline orchestration tools.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Experience supporting production data pipelines and data quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver enterprise data platform solutions using Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, and modern data integration technologies.
• Establish and enforce data engineering standards, governance, and CI/CD practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data models, patterns, and roadmaps.
• Lead monitoring and improvement of data platforms, resolving production issues and improving quality.
