Job summary

NVIDIA's DGX Cloud organization is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join its data team and own end-to-end data systems for fleet health, capacity, and cost insights.

You will design batch and streaming ingestion, transformations, and serving paths, building scalable data products and reusable platform abstractions while enforcing security and observability. 5+ years of experience and strong Python/SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years building and operating production software or data platforms.
• Strong Python and SQL with willingness to work primarily in Python/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Spark or similar compute frameworks and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, monitoring, and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data systems from needs to deployment and support.
• Design and maintain batch and streaming ingestion, transformation, and serving paths.
• Build shared data platform abstractions, tooling, and data contracts.
• Diagnose performance and correctness across Spark jobs, storage, and networks.
• Incorporate security, observability, and data quality into the platform.
