BetterUp, a global leader in virtual coaching, seeks a Staff Data Platform Engineer to architect and scale data systems powering analytics and AI-driven product innovation. You will work across DataOps, MLOps, and Infrastructure to enable data enablement with enterprise-grade security and governance.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to set technical direction, mentor engineers, and evaluate new AI/data tooling, driving broad platform adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data platform engineering or related roles.
• Strong programming background (Python).
• Operational maturity with CI/CD, IaC, Kubernetes, monitoring, security/privacy best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain data systems delivering end customer value.
