Fusion Worldwide is seeking a seasoned Data Platform Engineer to join its core data platform team in Boston. You will own ingestion, write-back paths, and API contracts that power Web RMS UIs and internal applications.

Expect a hands-on role shaping data models, pipelines, and governance in a fast-paced trading-ready environment. You will work with Databricks, SQL Server, Snowflake, and dbt to deliver scalable data solutions, optimize performance, and ensure data lineage and explainability of

Qualificações

• Production data platform experience on platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or dbt.
• Expert SQL and relational database experience (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience designing APIs and building data-driven applications for UI consumption.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain ingestion from RMS, Azure SQL, HubSpot, and vendor APIs, with data transforms and pipelines.
• Write-back paths into RMS with a focus on data quality, idempotency, and reconciliation.
• Design, version, and maintain APIs used by Web RMS UIs for platform data access.
• Develop custom applications and agent workflows to triage RFQs, extract pricing signals, and flag anomalies.
• Ensure performance through query tuning, indexing, materialization, and caching.
• Collaborate in an Agile, on-call friendly environment and write maintainable code with clear documentation.
