You will lead enterprise data pipelines, lakehouse architectures, and governance while partnering with AI/ML, platform engineering, and security teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data engineering, strong Python/SQL, and hands-on experience with Iceberg, Delta Lake, Debezium, and Airflow.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering with enterprise-scale data projects.
• Strong Python and SQL with data modeling and performance tuning.
• Experience with lakehouse architectures and cloud-based data platforms.
• Proven ability to lead data pipelines, CDC solutions, and governance.
• Financial services or regulated industries experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage scalable data platforms and lakehouse architectures.
• Develop secure data ingestion frameworks (CDC, batch, API, file-based).
• Create data models, semantic layers, and governed metrics.
• Implement data quality, observability, and monitoring for pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI/ML, security, and platform teams to deliver governed data products.
• Establish data governance standards, lineage, contracts, and data access controls.
