Job summary

This role provides advanced data analysis, payroll reporting, and business-process support across 60+ departments and four divisions, leveraging multiple data sources to improve reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, MIS, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in data integration, analytics, payroll, HR, or ERP reporting.
• Experience developing payroll, HR, finance reports and dashboards.
• Experience with enterprise HR/Payroll/Finance systems.
• Strong collaboration and communication in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain payroll reports and reconciliations across the college.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support budget, workforce, and financial planning.
• Lead or contribute to system implementations and data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with campus partners to translate requirements into reporting solutions.
