Parametric, part of Morgan Stanley, seeks an Operations Analyst to gain broad exposure to investment management operations across onboarding, billing, settlement, and client activities. You will engage with multiple teams, handle high volumes of data, and contribute to daily processing and reporting in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, with related work experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented and process driven, with emphasis on accuracy.
• Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Research and resolve issues quickly, accurately, with urgency when needed.
• Communicate regularly with internal and external contacts to provide updates.
• Collect observations and translate them into actionable insights.
• Complete daily operations transactions, including reconciliations and account setups.
• Perform verification checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain client records, files, and related documentation.
• Support ad hoc projects and team priorities as needed.
