Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support batch jobs and ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Manage production incidents, changes, problems, and SLA compliance.
• Support AWS Glue, S3, RDS, and data lake environments.
• Troubleshoot Python, Java, Spark, Hadoop, HDFS, and Impala.
• Support Oracle/OLTP databases and perform query/performance tuning.
• Provide Tomcat administration and application support.
• Support dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.
• Participate in on-call rotations and senior-level production escalations.
• Review production releases, code changes, testing, documentation, and rollback plans.
• Work with Git, pull requests, branching/merge standards, and security remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support batch jobs and ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Manage production incidents, changes, problems, and SLA compliance
• Support AWS Glue, S3, RDS, and data lake environments
• Troubleshoot Python, Java, Apache Spark, Cloudera Hadoop, HDFS, and Impala
• Support Oracle/OLTP databases and perform query/performance tuning
• Provide Tomcat administration and application support
• Support downstream reporting platforms including Tableau and Power BI
• Participate in on-call rotations and senior-level production escalations
• Review production releases, code changes, testing, documentation, and rollback plans
• Work with Git, pull requests, branching/merge standards, and security vulnerability remediation
