Pay Range: $15.07hr - $20.07hr

• The main responsibilities of the Data Operations Associate 2 is to provide operational data stewardship for clients of the Data Governance & Stewardship Center of Excellence.
• Resources will need to be able to review client's customer profile data in order to make required changes based on clearly defined business rules.
• Experience in Life Sciences Pharmaceutical customer profile data HCO - Healthcare Organizational data is a very big plus along with good communication and work management skills.
• Immediate availability is also a requirement for these positions.
• Review and resolve MDM (Reltio) Priority queues defined in Project scope.
• Adhere to defined SLAs for MDM resolution.
• Conduct data investigation and lineage research as needed.
• Perform professional customer demographic research.
• Ensure compliance to agreed upon processes and procedures.
• Education pursuing degree (desired).
