Job summary

Request Technology, LLC is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer with deep data modeling experience to shape how data is structured and accessed for enterprise reporting.

You will partner with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to design and support data models powering dashboards and analytics across the organization. The role requires strong SQL, dimensional modeling, and experience with Azure data services; Power BI and Qlik Sense familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL.
• Strong hands-on dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and SCDs.
• Expert SQL and MS SQL Server expertise.
• Experience with Azure data services (ADF, Synapse) and BI tools.
• Collaborative with analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with analysts and engineers to translate requirements.
• Support ETL/ELT processes to move data into BI platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security across domains.
• Optimize performance of data models and queries.
• Document schemas and data flows for enterprise use.
• Participate in Agile workflows as a data SME.
