Job summary

Syniti, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Managing Data Migration Consultant to lead a team of data migration professionals across global client engagements. You will work with functional consultants and customer teams to capture requirements and ensure delivery is aligned with project plans and Syniti best practices.

You will drive data migration strategies, oversee object development, and mentor colleagues while coordinating with the customer PMO.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETL, data migration, data quality and data analysis.
• PMP background and/or certification is a plus.
• Functional ERP experience and project experience across ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data migration consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and customer resources to gather requirements.
• Develop and manage delivery plans with customer PMO and ensure scope coverage.
• Enforce best practices for data migration and project execution.
• Mentor junior team members and communicate weekly status.
