Job summary

Syniti is seeking a Lead Data Migration Consultant to manage a team delivering data migration projects for global clients. You will guide design, build, and deployment phases, ensure customer value, and mentor junior colleagues.

After an initial training period, you will demonstrate strong knowledge of Syniti’s Data Migration methodology and tools, and obtain Syniti Certification while collaborating with client teams and on-site colleagues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in ETL / Data Migration / Data Quality / Data Analysis.
• Functional ERP experience with multiple ERP implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of data migration consultants to meet project goals.
• Gather requirements through workshops and drive design, build and deployment phases.
• Develop data migration rules and reports using Syniti tools.
• Evaluate and contribute to ongoing data migration design with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues and communicate status to leadership and client PMO.
