Job summary

Fuel Talent LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Seattle to drive a large-scale ERP transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The role centers on owning the data migration workstream, building SQL-based ETL pipelines, and supporting API-driven integrations across legacy SQL/SSIS systems and cloud tools.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of backend or data-focused software engineering experience.
• Advanced SQL expertise with complex joins and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SQL Server Agent jobs.
• Experience delivering large-scale data migration efforts (ETL, reconciliation, cutover).
• Proficiency in C# with debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to document technical designs and data mappings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own data migration workstream and design ETL pipelines for D365 F&O.
• Refactor legacy ETL pipelines and modernize SQL/SSIS workloads.
• Develop backend services and D365 F&O data entities and DMF packages.
• Create and maintain validation/test frameworks for go-live data.
• Collaborate with integration engineers and stakeholders to define mappings and runbooks.
