Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in Austin, TX seeks an Agile Data Migration expert with 8+ years of experience to drive end‑to‑end migration from Oracle Agile PLM to the cloud PLM+ platform. You will design extractions, ensure data quality, and coordinate cross‑team validation to achieve a smooth coexistence and eventual cutover.

The role emphasizes deep PLM data structures, high‑volume extraction, and robust validation, collaborating with PLM+, DBAs, and SMEs to deliver reliable migration

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data migration or PLM environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM and cloud migration.
• Experience with extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Ability to write SQL/PLSQL and SDK-based extraction scripts.
• Experience with file vaults and attachments handling.
• Familiarity with end-to-end migration, delta migrations, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Agile Schema: understand Item, BOM, Change, AML, and File Vault structures for extraction design.
• Develop Extraction Scripts: build SQL/PLSQL/SDK-based extract programs for high-volume objects and revisions.
• Perform Data Quality Validation: profiling, completeness checks, referential integrity validation, and error triage.
• Implement Revision‑Based Extraction: extract full revision history for PLM+ migration needs.
• Tune Performance: optimize queries, indexes, and batch logic to reduce extraction time.
• Handle File Vault: extract attachments, manage file paths and metadata for cloud ingestion.
• Support Dry Run & UAT: assist in mock runs, troubleshoot failures, refine extraction logic.
• Collaborate Across Teams: align mapping, sequencing, and validation with PLM+, DBAs, SMEs.
