Job summary

Parexel is seeking a remote-based Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II to join our team. You will provide technical leadership across Data Management and act as the primary DM contact for assigned studies, ensuring quality and timely deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams globally.

You will manage data delivery timelines, oversee Go-Live and Final Database Lock, mentor junior staff, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience in the clinical research industry.
• Proven experience leading project and program teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and study-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data management initiatives across global regions.
• Manage study data delivery timelines (Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, FDB).
• Review MSAs, SLAs, and sponsor metrics; prepare agendas and logs for meetings.
• Mentor Assistant Data Managers and DM peers; drive quality improvements.
• Ensure inspection-ready Trial Master Files and audit readiness.
