Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a Data Manager to support enterprise data management, governance, and configuration management across the program. The role ensures data is structured, accessible, reliable, and aligned with mission goals as data complexity grows.

The successful candidate will establish data lifecycle processes, support integration across systems, and help implement standards, governance policies, and repository management practices to drive interoperability and data quality.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS and 7+ years of data management, governance, or integration experience; or 12+ years with no degree.
• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is required.
• Experience with lifecycle management, data governance, and repository administration.
• Proficiency with data management tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, or Access.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and improve enterprise data lifecycle processes, including data ingestion, storage, usage, archival, and retention practices.
• Support enterprise data governance by defining data standards, validation rules, metadata management, and quality control procedures.
• Integrate disparate data sources across federated systems to enable interoperability and mission alignment.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise data repositories and storage environments.
• Conduct data quality assessments and standardize processes to improve reliability and reduce manual intervention.
• Perform configuration management and controlled documentation reviews for alignment and traceability across data assets.
