Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Senior Director of Data Management & Visualization to ensure timely, accurate data for decision-making across agency and client teams. You will lead a team, govern analytics initiatives, and advance AI-ready data platforms across the Omnicom agency network.

The role is hybrid, with in-office collaboration three days per week and remote work on others, and focuses on data quality, semantic layering, and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing science, advertising analytics or data engineering with leadership.
• Leadership experience across cross-functional teams and client-facing environment.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and AI tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize workflows, systems, and tools for scalable operations.
• Lead organizational design and team strategy aligning with goals.
• Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing team with mentorship.
• Oversee design and governance of analytics initiatives and taxonomies.
• Build DM&V capabilities across data operations and dashboards.
• Drive analytics and data infrastructure innovations including AI-ready datasets.
• Manage centralized reporting environments and self-serve dashboards.
• Serve as senior liaison to agency leadership and stakeholders.
