• Developing specifications for data calls and inquiries supporting regulatory and internal data needs across Property & Casualty insurance lines.
• Utilizing analytical skills and technology to analyze data, review processes, and identify improvements.
• Collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot and develop data solutions.
• Ensuring data integrity and quality assurance through controls and testing.
• Leading data-related projects to successful completion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data management, analysis, claims, or systems/business analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Google BigQuery, or similar tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

We offer a hybrid work schedule with one day per week in our Chicago office. Salary range in Illinois is $88,000 to $110,000, with variations based on experience and location.
