The position focuses on managing CTMS content, data entry, and calendar production to ensure accurate participant tracking and compliant billing. Strong MS Office and regulatory knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinical research, clinical trial management systems, billing for clinical research, regulatory and financial administration.
• Clinical research knowledge and documentation skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical research teams with CRSO services including the development of the electronic schedule of events and initial data entry content.
• Review and interpret complex clinical research protocols to determine data entry levels in CTMS.
• Produce clinical research calendars to drive participant tracking, compliant billing, and financial practices in CTMS and Epic billing.
• Support CRSO as the primary contact for new studies, serving as a subject matter expert for CTMS content and minimum data requirements.
