Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks an experienced information security professional to lead data loss prevention and IP protection initiatives.

You will design and enforce DLP policies across endpoints, email, web, SaaS, and cloud, and develop advanced detection capabilities for IP-related content using ML-based methods. You will partner across business units to reduce data exposure, strengthen governance, and enable secure collaboration while embracing automation, AI tooling, and scalable,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of information security experience with hands-on expertise in DLP, data classification/labeling, and policy design across endpoints, email, web, SaaS, and cloud environments.
• Experience with AI and automation technologies, including ML concepts and cloud AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as enterprise DLP authority and develop policies across devices, email, web, SaaS, and cloud.
• Develop and optimize detections for source code, hardware designs, and IP using regex, fingerprints, EDM/IDM, and ML-based classifiers.
• Tune DLP policies to reduce false positives/negatives and implement automated remediation.
• Monitor data exfiltration across egress channels including USB, email, SaaS, cloud sync, and AI tools.
• Lead data classification, labeling, rights management, and conditional access initiatives.
• Drive large-scale protection programs with auto-labeling and policy-based controls.
