Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Business Analyst to support multiple business groups, including Sales, Pricing, Customer Service, Dispatch, Billing, and Payroll Settlements. You will audit data, build dashboards, and partner with stakeholders and IT to improve processes and insights.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in business or logistics and 4+ years in analytics or PM, with strong Excel, Qlik, and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, business analysis, project management, or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis and visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from relational databases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Excel, Qlik, and Power BI.
• Communicate business objectives between stakeholders and executives.
• Validate and clean data to maintain consistency and integrity.
• Translate business needs into data requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Identify data trends and provide recommendations to support strategic decisions.
• Define and track KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare project status reports and executive dashboards.
