Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, KPI development, and dashboards.
• Experience delivering dashboards and automated reporting workflows.
• Ability to bridge business needs with data logic and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define reporting requirements, KPIs, analytical use cases, and success measures with stakeholders.
• Translate business questions into analyses and clearly communicate findings and actions.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities in business data.
• Support planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
• Create dashboards, reports, datasets, and modeling tools for cross-functional teams.
• Develop analytics standards, reusable assets, and governance practices.
• Promote consistent data definitions and dashboarding practices.
