Job summary

Adobe is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Technical Consultant in California to lead analytics and AEP implementations for major brands. You will guide delivery workstreams, mentor teams, and shape the future of digital experience delivery.

You will design solutions spanning data collection, customer profiles, APIs, and data integrations, and you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical consulting roles with hands-on enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, CJA, RTCDP, Edge Data Collection and related AEP technologies.
• Proficiency in data collection, API integrations, tag management, data modeling, identity concepts, technical architecture, and implementation validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, implementation, validation, and launch support for Analytics and AEP applications.
• Design and deliver integrated solutions spanning data collection, customer profiles, analytics, activation, identity, APIs, and data integrations.
• Lead technical discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead validation, issue resolution, and optimization across browser, API, mobile, and AEP data pipelines.
• Deliver customer-facing documentation, presentations, enablement materials, and technical specifications; support pre-sales handoffs and early technical solutioning.
• Mentor teams, contribute thought leadership and reusable assets, and manage technical scope, risks, delivery quality, and customer communications.
