Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a data analyst to drive and support all activities related to collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators. This role will develop dashboards, export and transform data, and translate business requirements into actionable insights across cross-functional teams.

The analyst will build standardized analyses, apply automation, ensure data quality, and report findings to leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related quantitative field.
• 5 years of directly related work experience.
• Experience with SQL, Python, UNIX, MS Office, and data visualization tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect source data across departments and design analyses, trends, and forecasting reports.
• Develop processes, tools, and templates to standardize analyses and automate data delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting by identifying issues with core KPIs and improving processes.
• Document changes to reporting and maintain data integrity controls across the team.
• Communicate complex subjects clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
