Job summary

Technology Ventures is seeking an experienced BACK Data Analyst V to support CIAM product data, analytics, and reporting initiatives from Reston, VA. You will work with Product Owners, Developers, and business stakeholders to analyze customer access data and drive data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL, data analysis skills, and Tableau reporting experience, with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights for product strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user, organization, and access management data to identify usage trends and opportunities to improve product adoption and user experience.

• Investigate data quality issues and incidents to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to support data analysis, ad hoc reporting, reconciliation, and investigations.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and operations to support enhancements and continuous improvement.
