You will translate complex governance topics for senior stakeholders and coordinate with business lines and corporate functions to support governance forums and documentation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, technology, or related discipline.
• Five years of experience in data governance, data management, risk and controls, regulatory reporting, or program management.
• Ability to develop executive-ready written materials and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance governance materials for executive data governance committees, aligning content to objectives and regulatory expectations
• Produce materials for enterprise governance forums, reinforcing accountability and consistent messaging
• Maintain governance documentation (procedures, charters, operating models) with versioning and reviews
• Produce controls-focused governance metrics and quarterly reporting with evidence support
• Create executive-ready summaries for senior stakeholder engagements
• Implement tracking to monitor due dates, actions, and completion status
• Coordinate updates across lines of business and corporate functions
• Analyze stakeholder feedback to improve clarity and responsiveness of communications
• Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, and controls partners on a unified governance approach
• Support continuous improvement across data governance programs
• Contribute to enterprise data office initiatives as needed
