Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in senior-level business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process improvement.
• Advanced facilitation skills, including leading cross-functional sessions and driving decisions.
• Ability to translate policies and requirements into operational processes and controls.
• Knowledge of enterprise data governance concepts including data quality and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data management practices to identify governance gaps and risks.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, root cause analysis, and current/future state design.
• Translate governance policies into actionable requirements, workflows, and controls.
• Develop process maps, business requirements, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Support governance implementation, automation, and stakeholder adoption.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align priorities and governance decisions.
• Clarify governance roles, responsibilities, and decision rights.
• Document governance decisions and coordinate follow-through.
• Support data owners and stewards embedding governance into daily operations.
• Define and monitor measures of governance effectiveness and data quality.
