Job summary

Culper Technology is seeking a Senior Data Flow Engineer in Annapolis Junction, MD, to design, troubleshoot, and optimize complex data flows using Apache NiFi. You will collaborate with engineers to resolve issues, review existing flows for performance and compliance, and help move data flows to a cloud environment.

A key part of the role is on-call support on a rotating schedule with potential on-site assistance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph
• 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope
• Bachelor’s degree as listed or five additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot data formatting and software issues
• Review and improve data flows for performance and compliance
• Support Data Flow Modernization from hardware to virtual cloud
• Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule
