PRIME is seeking a Senior Data Engineer /Technical Lead to support mission-critical cyber and network operations. You will design, build, and optimize data pipelines that transform complex, high-volume data into actionable intelligence supporting national security efforts.

This role requires 9+ years in data/software engineering, strong ETL, Kafka, NiFi, AWS, and Java with testing. A US Citizenship with Secret clearance is required, with hybrid work onsite in Columbia, MD.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related technical fields.
• Strong experience designing and building ETL pipelines and data ingestion frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, NiFi, and AWS (S3, SQS).
• Proficiency in Java with experience in unit and integration testing.
• Secret clearance and a DoD 8570 IAT II certification (or higher).
