You will guide teams across streaming, batch, and cloud solutions, align roadmaps with business strategy, and build scalable, secure data assets for real-time decisioning.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and collaboration with product stakeholders to deliver interoperable data products for retail banking

• Proven ability to drive strategy and architecture of data products.

Responsibilities

• Lead streaming, batch, big data, graph, and cloud data engineering teams.
• Define multi-year roadmap for enterprise data products aligning with AI initiatives.
• Architect near real-time data platforms with Kafka and event-driven design.
• Design high-throughput pipelines for operational, analytical, and AI use cases.
• Establish Kafka standards for modeling, governance and observability.
