Qualifications

• 8+ years in data platform roles with leadership experience.
• 4+ years managing data teams and delivering data platforms.
• Deep experience with security master data, reference data, and multi-vendor data governance.
• Strong data modeling skills and ability to design scalable canonical models.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the data platform roadmap from ingestion to AI-ready data products.
• Lead and grow the data engineering team and set technical quality standards.
• Own the security master across vendors and ensure data accuracy.
• Design canonical models unifying accounts, positions, and transactions across custodians.
• Drive data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and governance across datasets.
