You'll guide architecture, review designs, and contribute hands-on where needed, establishing standards and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reusable data foundations that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field required.
• 10+ years of data engineering/ data platform experience.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, delivery, and people leadership for the Data Engineering team.
• Establish engineering standards for data modeling, pipelines, reliability, and observability.
• Drive architecture discussions and design reviews with engineers.
