Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall experience in data engineering.
• 8+ years in relevant roles.
• Hands-on Snowflake-to-Salesforce migration experience.
• Proven Azure Data Factory and Snowflake expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Snowflake
• Lead end-to-end data migration initiatives from Snowflake to Salesforce
• Create and maintain integration workflows connecting enterprise data platforms with Salesforce
• Perform data extraction, transformation, mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
• Develop optimized SQL and ETL/ELT processes for large-scale data movement
• Integrate Salesforce data architecture with existing enterprise data systems
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness, and integrity across the migration lifecycle
• Detect, triage, and resolve data quality issues, pipeline failures, and migration-related challenges
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery for data pipelines
• Adhere to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, architects, and other engineering teams to deliver migration solutions
• Document technical designs, data mappings, migration procedures, and validation results
