Job summary

Dragos is seeking a Staff Data Engineer - Integrations to join a remote-first, mission-driven team. You will design scalable data pipelines, model complex data sources, and build integrations with SIEM platforms like Sentinel and Splunk, enabling secure and observable analytics across critical industrial systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of data engineering experience.
• Experience designing data integrations across platforms and systems.
• Experience with dimensional modeling and incremental data models.
• Experience with data observability, data contracts, and scalable data structures.
• Software development in Go, JVM languages, Python, or Node.js with cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker deployments in industrial environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity threat detections or IC/OT operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create sustainable data contracts addressing data governance requirements.
• Model complex data sources into performant analytics.
• Design and implement data integrations with SIEM platforms such as Sentinel and Splunk.
• Create and manage a data transformation layer for analytics.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to deliver data solutions for customer-facing products.
• Establish and contribute to tooling for observability, lineage tracking, and configuration validation.
