Qualifications

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s with at least 4 years in related fields.
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Mining, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, CS, or Business Analytics.
• Strong programming, coding, system design, algorithms, and data structures knowledge.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB, plus SQL and database technologies.
• Fluent communication in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

In this onsite role in Juncos, Puerto Rico, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while working alongside cross-functional stakeholders.

Role overview

• Design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions for business intelligence, advanced analytics, and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions using programming, data engineering, and analytical methodologies

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience
• Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Data Mining, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Preferred: Software Engineering or Data Science/Analytics
• Strong experience in programming, coding, system design and architecture, algorithms, and data structures
• Proficiency in programming and statistical languages such as Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB, plus experience with SQL and database technologies
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using programming and analytical techniques
• Proven ability to evaluate technical requirements and select suitable tools and technologies
• Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

• This position requires onsite attendance in Puerto Rico

• Shift: Administrative
• Full-Time: 8AM–5PM with 24/7 support

Compensation

• Salary: USD 48 per hour
• Paid biweekly direct deposit (W-2)
