Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of data engineering experience designing and scaling production data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses/data lakes and SQL, Python, and API work.
• Proficient in building and orchestrating ETL/ELT workflows (Azure Data Factory, dbt, Airflow).
• Strong data modeling, warehousing concepts, and cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting upstream production and operational data.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to support reporting and analytics.
• Architect data integration connecting source systems with data warehouse/lake.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with analytics, engineering, and operations teams.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and monitor pipeline performance; plan capacity.
