Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS and 3 years' software engineering or related field.
• 2 years' experience in data engineering, database engineering, BI, or business analytics.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in CS or related field with 3 years' software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for analytics.
• Integrate and transform data from internal sources ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop and optimize data models (logical and physical) to improve accessibility and usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions that meet governance standards.
• Implement and enforce data governance policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Write, test, and deploy SQL and other languages to support data processing and analytics.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
