Abbott is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data pipelines across diverse projects. You will develop fault-tolerant architectures on AWS, using Databricks, Redshift, and S3 while optimizing data models and ingestion processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant field.
• 2–6 years of experience in Software or Data Engineering or Big Data.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Databricks and/or Spark.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement data pipelines for various projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data pipeline architecture using AWS native services.
• Design and optimize data models on AWS Cloud using Databricks and AWS data stores (Redshift, RDS, S3).
• Integrate large, complex data sets meeting business requirements.
• Read, transform, stage and load data to tools and frameworks as required.
