Fractal Analytics Inc. is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support a large-scale AI, data, and analytics transformation initiative within a leading Financial Services organization.

You will drive platform modernization and AI gateway migration, shaping the cloud-native data engineering strategy and delivering migration roadmaps across enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with AWS, Python, SQL, REST APIs, Tableau, and Alteryx, and a track

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Analytics Engineering.
Strong experience delivering cloud migration and platform modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and migrate enterprise data, analytics, and AI platforms to AWS.
Define target-state architectures for data and AI platforms.
Lead migration planning, testing, and production deployment activities.
Develop and maintain integration frameworks to Claude LLM, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock.
Build and monitor AI testing, evaluation, and observability tooling.
