Job summary

Leadfeeder, a remote-first, international team building the next generation of lead generation technology for B2B marketers, seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead production data pipelines powering the product experience. You will design, build, and operate pipelines from ingestion through enrichment to serving, ensuring low-latency, scalable processing in a cloud environment.

You will collaborate with product and ML engineers to shape data platforms, enforce quality, and enable AI/ML workloads

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on data or software engineering experience in production data pipelines that power product or customer-facing systems.
• Strong engineering background with production-grade Python, SQL, code review, testing, CI/CD, and operational ownership.
• Deep cloud infrastructure experience (AWS and IaC tools) and familiar with streaming systems.
• Experience with real-time ingestion into data warehouses/lacthouse environments.
• Hands-on with modern data warehouse/lakehouse tech (Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift/etc.).
• Experience with data quality and observability tooling and AI/ML-enablement on production data.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate production data pipelines powering Leadfeeder features from ingestion to serving.
• Build and maintain streaming and real-time ingestion systems at scale with low latency.
• Own the cloud infrastructure underpinning pipelines — compute, storage, networking, security, observability — as code.
• Collaborate with product and ML teams to deliver datasets and pipelines for product features and AI/ML workflows.
• Implement data quality, observability, and reliability controls across pipelines to reduce incidents and improve trust.
