Qualifications

• Proficient Python for data pipelines and automation.
• Strong SQL with ability to tune queries and read execution plans.
• Hands-on data modeling and defining grain for fact/dimension tables.
• Experience building Tableau dashboards and data sources end-to-end.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD as part of workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design data models including star schemas and slowly changing dimensions.
• Build Python pipelines pulling from APIs, databases, and flat files into a SQL warehouse.
• Develop and publish Tableau dashboards and data sources atop modeled data.
• Implement automated tests, monitoring, and CI/CD for reliable operations.
• Migrate from legacy SQL Server environment to a modern cloud platform.
