Capital One is seeking a Data Engineer 4 to design and implement end-to-end data solutions using Python, SQL, Spark, and cloud services. You will build robust data pipelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will work with Snowflake/Redshift, Airflow, and managed data workloads on AWS or GCP, focusing on data quality, observability, and scalable analytics for business insights. Experience with data modeling and governance is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience with data modeling and end-to-end data solution design using relational and non-relational databases.
• Proficiency with Python and one of Java/Scala since required by role.
• Hands-on with SQL and Spark for data processing and analytics.
• Designing and operating data warehousing solutions (Snowflake/Redshift).
• Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster) and data observability concepts.
