Job summary

Nakupuna Companies is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Acquisition and Sustainment. Hybrid work is available, with on-site Pentagon Arlington duties and telework options.

The role requires a SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, and extensive experience with Power Platform, BI tools, data pipelines, and secure data management. Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (CS/Info Sys/Data Science/SE).
• 7+ years experience delivering enterprise data, automation, and integration solutions.
• Experience taking solutions through full software lifecycle: requirements to sustainment.
• Multi-year hands-on Power Platform and Power BI deployments in production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and collect data using MS SQL queries from multiple sources for reports and dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and BI-ready data stores.
• Develop automated ETL to ingest unstructured data and prepare for storage.
• Create automated data integration bridges using REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
