Job summary

Stord is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. You will design and maintain scalable data pipelines and a modern data warehouse on GCP, enabling ML initiatives and data-driven decision making across the organization.

You will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to ensure data quality, governance, and accessibility. This role requires strong SQL/Python skills and a passion for data quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience building and maintaining data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data warehouses.
• Help re-architect the data warehouse for performance and scalability.
• Implement data cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to define data requirements and models.
