Job summary

Carrier seeks a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement modern data pipelines across commercial, operational, and enterprise domains. You will work with solution architects and customer teams to translate requirements into production-ready data assets powering analytics and data products.

The role focuses on building robust pipelines, integrating diverse data sources, and supporting lakehouse and medallion architectures. Strong SQL, Python, and ETL skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience with open lakehouse architectures on Azure, GCP, AWS and/or Snowflake.
• 5+ years of SQL, Python, and modern ETL/ELT frameworks experience.
• Experience integrating ERP/enterprise systems and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines supporting batch, micro-batch, and streaming workloads.
• Develop ETL/ELT workflows integrating data from enterprise systems, external sources, and applications.
• Apply medallion architecture to ensure data quality, reusability, and consistency across domains.
• Collaborate with solution architects and data product leads to translate requirements into data assets.
